Matthew Matt James born in North Carolina 5 December 1991. He is the child of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. Her mother is caucasian and his father Nigerian. In 2010 James graduated from Sanderson High School. Then James attended Wake Forest University in order to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Economics. James' fame kick-started when he filmed his debut as a reality star during The Bachelorette. In the year 2020, he was selected as the bachelor in season 25, making him the first African American male lead which will premiere in 2021. James seemed to be the perfect choice for the role because He is attractive, well-rounded and tall and has a sense of humor. Rachael Krukconnell turned into his love interest at the conclusion of the season. In the following year, 2021, he was joined with the famous dancer Arnold in season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James along with Arnold finished 12th.
